NeuroLife Terms of Service

1) Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Adspro Digital Private Limited ("NeuroLife," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using NeuroLife, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use NeuroLife.

If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use NeuroLife only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3) Account responsibilities

• Provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Contact support@neurolife.fit immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4) Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use NeuroLife for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent conduct.
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
• Interfere with app security, reliability, or normal operation.
• Reverse engineer or copy the app except where law allows.
• Use scraping, bots, or disruptive automation.
• Submit content you do not have rights to use.

5) Subscriptions, billing, and auto-renewal

• Paid plans are auto-renewable subscriptions billed through Apple App Store or Google Play.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal under store rules.
• Billing cycle and price (for example monthly or annual) are shown at checkout.
• Payment processing is handled by the app store tied to your purchase.

Cancellation path

• iOS: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
• Android: Google Play Store > Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.

Deleting the app or deleting your NeuroLife account does not automatically cancel app store billing.

Restore purchases

You can use the in-app Restore Purchases control to recover eligible paid entitlements tied to your store account.

Refunds

Refunds are handled according to Apple or Google policies and applicable law. Where the app store is merchant of record, it controls refund processing.

6) AI assistant features

• NeuroLife includes optional AI chat for wellness and educational support.
• AI chat prompts are sent to OpenAI only after explicit in-app consent.
• Sent data includes your prompts/messages and conversation context in that thread.
• Apple Health data is not sent unless you manually type it in chat.
• You can revoke AI consent any time from the NeuroLife app settings.

AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or not suitable for your situation. You are responsible for using your own judgment.

7) Medical and emergency disclaimer

NeuroLife provides wellness and educational support only.

NeuroLife is not a doctor, not medical care, and not a medical device.

NeuroLife does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or emergency response.

If you think you may have a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.

8) Apple Health integration

Apple Health connection is optional and permission-based.

NeuroLife reads only categories you authorize and uses them for in-app wellness features.

You can revoke permissions in iOS Health settings at any time.

9) Intellectual property

The NeuroLife app, software, branding, and content are owned by Adspro Digital Private Limited or its licensors and protected by applicable law.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use NeuroLife for personal, non-commercial use.

10) Feedback

If you submit feedback or suggestions, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use that feedback to improve NeuroLife without compensation.

11) Suspension, termination, and account deletion

• You may stop using NeuroLife at any time.
• You may permanently delete your account in-app at NeuroLife App > Profile > Delete Account.
• We may suspend or terminate access for policy violations, abuse, security risk, or legal reasons.
• Terms that should survive termination continue to apply.

12) Disclaimer of warranties

NeuroLife is provided "as is" and "as available."

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

13) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeuroLife and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost data.

Our total liability for claims related to NeuroLife will not exceed the greater of USD $100 or the amount you paid for NeuroLife in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

14) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Adspro Digital Private Limited, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from claims, damages, and costs arising from your misuse of NeuroLife, violation of these Terms, or violation of law.

15) Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes are resolved in the competent courts of New Delhi, India, unless applicable consumer protection law requires otherwise.

16) Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If material changes are made, we will provide notice in-app or by other reasonable means. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
